Nunthorpe Athletic JFC currently run teams from the ages of under 7 through to under 16 ages. This includes a successful girls team managed by Anthony Lappin

Nunthorpe Athetic JFC U7
Our latest team Aged Just 6 and 7 year old - playing Their First Season of non competitive football within the TJFA. Currently under the guidance of Alistair Shanley who himself is new to coaching but having put himself forward to ensure children can play at this age group. Our under 7 age group is always popular and made up from young boys and girls who have attended our Saturday morning session. You have to have been aged 6 on the 31st August. There is huge interest at this age group and the club will be extending their teams at under 7 for the second half of this season, if you would like to be involved and you fit the age please come along to our Saturday Morning Session at 10.45am. In addition we are already planning for next seasons under 7 and already have a nucleus of boys and girls currently aged 5 who attend our Saturday morning. 7 and 8 year olds having completed their first season together continuing to develop Their football within TJFA League Structure under guidance of parent/ coach, Danny Mohan. Keep up the development and good luck for the season.

WELCOME To our latest under 8 team who were formed over the summer under the leadership of Dan HArris.Made up from children from our Saturday morning Sessio.n they are a completely new team and are looking forward to the season and their own continued development. good luck dan and the team.

Our under 9 team thorughly enjoying their football and looking forward to This season now playing in 7 aside format. this will be new to the team but is an important stage of their development. they are guided by parent / coach Dom Gardner who will be looking to maintain a large squad for the season. Dom has been with the club many years and has also been actively involved with our under 16 agr group.Good luck to Dom and the team.

Nunthorpe Athetic JFC U10 Blue and Yellow Teams
Our under 10 team have progressed well during the early seasons with the club but due to an influx or players and new managers andrew henderson and michael ditchburnthe team split in to two and we now have two teasm at this age group. both are competitive and clearly enjoying their football. like most of our coaches both Andy and michael are parents and enjoy seeing the children involved. good luck to both teams during the new season.

U12's under the managerment of Lee Mcgee are enjoying their 5th season with the club and continue to develop and enjoy their football. Lee again a parent coach volunteer enjoys and is commited to the role. Good Luck Lee and the under 12's.

Our under 13's into their first season at 11 aside, had an excellent season last year and find themselves in a competitive league once again. The team were consistent throughout the previous season and guided well by both Louis Mohan and Ian Brothwood who will be hoping to reach the same levels again. Good luck to the team.

One of two teams at this age group who under guidance of Scott Hewitson have proved formidable oppostion thorughout the years in the tjfa. They have a set of great players and parents aleays looking to set new standards and progress. Good Luck Scott and the team.

Our second under 14 team who have shown a willingness to perform and improve. Led by Michael Young who himself is an ex-Nunthorpe Player, they have achieved some excellent results and really looking forward to the new season. Keep up the good work Michael and the team.

our girls section is an important part of the club and we are proud to have been able to have a girls section for many years. This team have proved effective and enthusiastic and are well run by Anthony Lappin the coach. These are an excellent group of young ladies, performing to a high standard and loving their football. Well done girls keep up the good work.

Currently Our oldest age group competing under the leadership of David Boanas in the TJFA. Having had an excellent previous season the manager and team have high hopes for another excellent season where they hope to improve and gan some honors. Keeping older teams togeher becomes tougher the older they get but this group look set to complete their junior football at Nunthorpe Athletic JFC.
